We program and test lighting, sound, and motor control functions to match prototype behavior and customer preferences, adjusting CVs and motor tuning for smooth acceleration and consistent slow-speed operation.
Mounting is done with precision—PCBs are secured without stressing wire harnesses or plastic components, and any trimming or modification is finished neatly to preserve the locomotive’s appearance. Final testing includes bench runs and track tests under load to verify performance across operating conditions, plus a burn-in period when appropriate to catch intermittent issues.
